Prime Minister

The Prime Minister spoke today to Papua New Guinea’s Prime Minister, Peter O’Neill.

They discussed the importance of holding national elections on time, in accordance with PNG’s Constitution. The Prime Minister welcomed Prime Minister O’Neill’s statements that he supports the election proceeding on time.

The Prime Minister also underlined the importance of PNG’s independent judiciary.
