  • The Gambaro name is synonymous with hard work. It is an iconic name. This post-war migrant family is known for its commitment to the Brisbane community, for its flare for enterprise and of course, for the wonderful Member for Brisbane, Teresa.

  • Well thank you very much Julie. It is wonderful to be a Prime Minister leading a Cabinet with six women. That is, they are all remarkable women and Julie of course was the first woman in the Cabinet since the election and now she has been joined by five others.

  • PRIME MINISTER: Well, what an exciting business! Here we are in Adelaide, Fugro Laser Airborne Depth Sounder – an Australian technology developed, commercialised, taken to the world, developed originally for Australian naval purposes and is now exported right around the world.
